An identical issue was raised in a batch of writ applications, which were taken up together and decided by a detailed order on 15.1.2015. The case is of Rakesh Kumar Prasad and others vs. Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur, which is CWJC No. 5768 of 2014 and other analogous cases.

2. Since the issue raised in the present writ application and the reason for termination of the petitioner from the post is identical as those petitioners, writ application has been dismissed for the rationale and reasoning after taking into consideration the relevant provisions, the background under which such selection came to be made as well as the necessity for their removal has already been dealt with.

3. Rationale and reasoning provided in the batch of writ applications

Patna High Court CWJC No.4841 of 2015 dt.10-04-2015 2 / 2 also governs the writ application of the present petitioner.
