08-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 2335/2012 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 372, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner is the husband of the complainant states that the marriage had taken place 30 years back and couple had been blessed with four children, thereafter it is alleged by the petitioner that the complainant eloped with another person and the petitioner divorced her and made all the other legal obligations, now when the petitioner intended to marry again this complaint case has been lodged.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four

Shamim Khan, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2335/2012, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
