Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute and enmity. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. The specific allegation is against co-accused namely, Kanhaiya Poddar and Ravi
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23906 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 Kumar Poddar. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S.
