The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 (G.R. No. 265 of 2015) for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 of the P.C. Act.

The petitioner is a Mukhia of Khartai Panchayat under Chiraiya Block. An allegation has been made by the complainant that the complainant and his witnesses were discharging the duty of labour but they were not paid their wages and finally they approached to the Lokpal of MANREGA and the Lokpal after enquiry found that the they have worked and their payment have been made after delay and, on that ground, direction

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11844 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 was given to the petitioner to pay compensation amount. Looking to the allegation made in the complaint petition, let the petitioner, namely, Smt. Kiran Devi @ Kiran Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikrahna, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 (G.R. No. 265 of 2015), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
