Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26 of the Arms Act.

Pistol and a cartridge were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of one year of custody, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11120 of 2018 (3) dt.12-04-2018 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kudra Police Station Case No.284 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
