Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, this court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. Nothing said in this order, however, shall come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering and seeking prayer for regular bail.
