The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.7.2016 passed by the Assistant Drugs Controller, Bhagalpur by which the license of the petitioner for running medicinal shop has been cancelled.

It is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that against the impugned order the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority on 24.8.2016 along with the prayer for stay of the impugned order dated 30.7.2016 during the pendency of the appeal. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as

In the above circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with the direction to the appellate authority to consider and dispose of the stay application filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
