Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 186, 188, 341, 323, 337, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Chandi (Bena) P.S.Case No. 95 of 2020. As per the FIR, the police got an information that there has been some altercation between two groups and one person has been injured. On this information, the police went to the place of occurrence. Having seen the police party, the accused persons and 20-25 unknown persons started pelting stones. They fled away and could not be arrested. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24665 of 2021(2) dt.28-01-2022 2/2 in nature. He has also submitted that co-accused Pappu Tanti @ Pappu Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7220 of 2021, vide order dated 21.12.2021. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Chandi (Bena) P.S.Case No. 95 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
