1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, directing the respondent authorities to continue the petitioners on the post of pharmacist in the head quarter Reserve Bank of India Bihar Patna inter alia the following reliefs:- i) Respondent authorities be directed to renew the contractual/Engagement letter dated 18.12.2023 and 31.01.2024 and to extend their services of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3936 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 petitioners.

ii) Respondent authorities be directed to cancel the process of selection mode on contract basis for the post of pharmacist in Reserve Bank of India Bihar Patna in the light of advertisement dated 31.10.2023.

iii) Respondent authorities be directed to continue the service of the petitioners on the post of pharmacist till the disposal of this writ petition."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
