====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of the informant is that while she was coming to Jehanabad from Ranchi by bus and got down at Bandhuganj Chauraha, she had boarded a tempo for going to Modanganj. In the meantime, the accused persons are said to have boarded the said tempo on which the informant was already seated and had committed loot of ornaments and cash from her. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.03.2017. It has further been submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30745 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 charge sheet has already been submitted, hence, there is no need for any further custody of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

According, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017.
