2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnor/opposite parties for willful disobedience and violation

Patna High Court MJC No.543 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 of order dated 05.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 11252 of 2023 by the Hon'ble Court.

3. The show cause has come on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 4 and order dated 07.07.2026 records that a reasoned order has been passed with a direction to the different officials including the Program Officer ICDS, the District Education Officer, Gaya Ji, the Rural Works Department, Imamganj, the Executive Engineer, PHED, Sherghati and the Land Acquisition Office to take appropriate steps regarding the payment of compensation for the ancestral land.

4. A reasoned order has been passed and learned State counsel undertakes that the direction given by the Collector, Gaya Ji shall be complied by the concerned officials at an earliest. In that background, MJC No. 543 of 2026 is disposed of.

5. The petitioner always have the liberty to agitate the matter afresh if situation so warrants.
