Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P. S. Case No. 509/2016 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case and he is in custody since 20.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P. S. Case No. 509/2016. (Arvind Srivastava, J) veena/- U T
