Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.623 of 2017, registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners' prayer of bail was earlier rejected by order dated 20.12.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No.61284 of 2017 with observation that the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now the charge has been framed.

Having considered the said fact, petitioners, namely, Md.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4569 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 Sabbir Alam @ Md. Sabir Alam and Md. Saddam are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned F.T.C.-1, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.623 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.03 of 2018.
