2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P. S. Case No. 443 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B)(2) (c)/22(c)/25/27(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons were carrying 5588.5 gm Charas and on seeing the police party, they succeeded in fleeing away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since
