Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380,457, of the IPC. The FIR is against unknown.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on TIP during investigation. He is in custody since 10.01.2018. Investigation of the case has already been completed. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23022 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 1819 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
