The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mirganj P.S. Case no. 346 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14969 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 The informant, uncle of the deceased-Sangita Devi, made allegation that Sangita Devi was married to Rajeev Mishra in the year 2002 but her husband and other in-laws killed her. It is submitted that the petitioners are brother-in-law, sisters-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. They have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. The doctor did not find any external or internal injury on the body of the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, they (the petitioners) above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 346 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
