====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 (G.R. No. 186 of 2017), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act. The petitioner is said to have been apprehended by the police personnel along with other accused person and upon search, one loaded carbine and some cartridges were recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated as well as he is in custody since 30.01.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30757 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 bail immediately upon completion of six months from the date of his custody.
Accordingly, the learned trial court is directed to enlarge the above named petitioner on regular bail just upon completion of six months of his custody i.e. from 30.01.2017 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghat, Gayha in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 (G.R. No.186 of 2017).
