JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners seek bail in Bihta P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-25(i-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 01-032017. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
