Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427 of IPC and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Country made liquor was recovered from the Santro Car. Petitioners are in custody since 06.01.2021. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the facts of the case aforesaid and completion of investigation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23543 of 2021(2) dt.09-09-2021 2/2 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with G.R.No.24 of 2021 arising out of Rafiganj Police Station Case No.14 of 2021 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
