This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 380, 457, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 24.12.2017. Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 1938 of 2017, subject to the condition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23296 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
