JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 379, 406, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no.2 received `2 lacs for providing employment to the son of the informant but neither the employment was provided nor the money was returned. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no proof with regard to any payment made to petitioner no.2. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
