====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioners are in jail custody since 03.08.2019 in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happen to be brothers-in-law of the deceased. Although, it is said that they demanded dowry but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Vasudan, who happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased, has already been granted bail by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20821 of 2020(4) dt.06-10-2020 2/2 this court vide order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79233 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of period of custody of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj P.S.
