Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bariarpur P. S. case no. 160/2014 registered under sections 379, 427 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that informant got constructed boundary beyond his land and he covered a temple within his boundary wall. The aforesaid act of the informant was protested by the villagers and thereafter, present case was lodged by the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14887 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Bariarpur P. S. case no. 160/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
