JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 324 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the background of fight between the children of both sides, it is alleged that Md. Adbul Kalam (non-petitioner) assaulted the informant when petitioner no.2 took out the jewellery from the house of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
