2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(b), 18/29 of the NDPS Act.

3. The petitioner along with others is alleged to be involved in cultivation of opium plants over the forest land.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 12.11.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of
