Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 353, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the petitioners came to the shop of Sarojni Devi and threatened with dire consequences. The petitioners have submit that admittedly there is no allegation that they assaulted the informant or any one else. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11488 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016, with the condition that they would co-operate in the trial and would visit police station once in every month and would file an affidavit to the same effect before the court concerned.
