JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 12.3.2017. As per written report, Police seized one motorcycle on which this petitioner along with Rahul Kumar was found sitting. He could not produce any paper with regard to the aforesaid motorcycle. Considering the period spent by petitioner in custody and having clean antecedent, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
