Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 326, 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2017.

Allegation is that along with co-accused, he fired at the brother of the informant causing injury at the buttock. The Doctor has found simple injury caused by firearm. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or after three months from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4989 of 2018 (3) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 523 of 2017 arising out of Bachhwara Police Station Case No. 102 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
