The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged that minor girl of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners.

No.14257 of 2022(3) dt.28-09-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case since they are parents of co-accused Abhishek Kumar. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation, the witnesses have disclosed that they have last seen the victim with co-accused Abhishek Kumar with whom the victim was in love. The petitioners have no role in the elopement of the victim.

In contra, learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that the victim has still not been traced out.

Considering the fact that petitioners are parents of the main accused, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th
