The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara Police Station Case No. 186 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The allegations leveled against the petitioner in the F.I.R. is concocted, no incident has been taken place as stated by the informant. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on account of protest raised by the petitioner against the illegal collection of money by the informant during course of issue the transfer certificate of the students. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bikramganj, District Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.
