The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Though there is no eye witness of the occurrence of kidnapping and murder of the son of the informant, however suspicion is there against the petitioner for the reason that love letter written by the petitioner was found in the bed room of the deceased and thereafter there is confessional statement of the petitioner.

There is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or not cooperate with the trial.

No.12137 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, especially the fact that the petitioner is a female having a baby her her lap of one and half months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
