In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit that the petitioner has not filled up certain forms, so her claim is pending, let the petitioner appear before the Joint Director, Agriculture, Saran, Chhapra on 11.02.2016 at 2 p.m. and who will get necessary form filled up by the petitioner and, thereafter, examine everything and would take a decision with regard to the admissible dues of the petitioner in view of the averments made in paragraph no.21 and admissible amount

Patna High Court CWJC No.9610 of 2014 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2 / 2 shown in the Annexure D after examining the matter in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. Since the deficiency in view of non-submission of filling up of necessary form are already known to the respondents, everything should be get ready by the office of the Joint Director, Agriculture, Saran, Chhapra so that the petitioner does not have to visit again. The petitioner would also be entitled for statutory interest upon the admissible amount and the Joint Director, Agriculture, Saran, Chhapra will also examine as to whether the petitioner should be granted interest of 5% or not in terms of the Memo no.P.C.-2-1-46/79/3155 dated 7.11.1981 of the State Government.

This disposes of the writ petition.
