JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 147, 148, 149, 186, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 387, 333, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that mob blocked the road on protest of murder of one Amit but subsequently the mob went violent and damaged the public property.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is against the mob and similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 11039 of 2015. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.14646 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
