JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that altogether 10.2 liters of country liquor was recovered from the house and shop of the petitioner. The petitioner submits that the house where the alleged recovery of country liquor is made, is in joint possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is also an accused in two similar cases.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, if he surrenders and prays for regular bail, the same would be
