JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
On information that miscreants are preparing to commit some serious offence, raid was laid by the police when miscreants resorted to fire and used explosive. One miscreant was caught from whom the bullets were recovered who suggested the name of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, the petitioner has been roped in the present case and there is no recovery from the petitioner. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14648 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Siwan.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
