The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 479 of 2019 registered under Sections 147/148/149/379/323/354(B)/427/436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. In the instant case, the complaint case is filed after lapse of two
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24845 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 months of the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Manihari P.S.
