====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 247 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation levelled against the petitioner is regarding snatching of a mobile phone from the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge sheet has already been submitted, hence, the petitioner is no longer required in custody. It is further submitted that the offence is minor in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30811 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

According, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubJudge-X-cum- A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 247 of 2016.
