This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. From the premise of this petitioner, 5 stolen mobiles of this case were recovered. The F.I.R. is against unknown. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty

No.23039 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bisfi (Aunsi) P.S.
