Allegation against the appellants as per the FIR is that the appellant no.1 assaulted by spade .

Submission of the learned counsel for the appellants is that there is case and counter between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature and there is no allegatino of abusing by caste name. .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the appellants, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ist Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (SC/ST) Act, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S.Case No.21 of 2018

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.850 of 2019 dt.04-04-2019 2/2 dated 6.2.2018, with condition that they will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise their bail bond shall be cancelled.
