The petitioner, being the mother-in-law, apprehends her arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 603 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the nature of allegation and also the fact that similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Raj Kumar Rai has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 31.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 13108 of 2016, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
