Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 328/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Neither the petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The perusal of the impugned order goes to show that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, who has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12927 of 2020(2) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/concerned court in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 328/2019.
