The application for habeas corpus has been filed for production of the girl in question, namely, Vikki Kumari. When she was produced before us she has clearly stated that she has not been confined against her will and she wants to go with her father and does not intend to go with the petitioner. The admitted fact is that she is major.

In the above circumstances, we are of the view that no grounds are made out for issuing a writ of habeas corpus in the present matter.
