Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended along with stolen motorcycle when the petitioner and others were attempting to sell the recovered motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2017 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.8839 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Motihari Muffasil Police Station Case No. 622 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
