None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. No one appears for the State to oppose this application. Petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on perusal of the FIR it will appear that all these petitioners have named in the FIR and there are general and omnibus allegations that all of them

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15328 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 have indulged in assaulting the son of the informant. Learned counsel submits that there is no specific allegation against any of these petitioners and the injuries noticed on the body of the son of the informant are all simple in nature. The petitioners are having clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove considering the nature of allegations and that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners who are otherwise no criminal antecedent, in case of arrest or surrender of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today, the abovenamed petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfication of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioners shall join the investigation by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today and shall cooperate in course of investigation. This will be in addition to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
