1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. For quashing of an office order, vide letter no. 1527 dated 02.12.2023, issued with the signature of Prakhand Vikas Padadhikari, Chhatapur, Supaul (Respondent No.4) and addressed to the District Development Commissioner (Respondent No. 3), contained in Annexure P/6 to this application, whereby and where under, one Jyoti Kumari (Respondent No.8) has been selected on the post of Sanitization Supervisor, Gwalpara (Chhatapur) in completely illegal and arbitrary

Patna High Court CWJC No.4877 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 manner and on the other hand, according to impugned order, it is expected that this petitioner would give his necessary support in her functioning on the aforesaid post.

II. For a further direction to the Respondents to appoint this petitioner on the aforesaid post of Santization Supervisor, Gwalpara, Chhatapur after cancellation of the appointment of Respondent No.8, as the petitioner was already functioning and discharging his duty on this post, since 06.02.2018 and his name was already registered as 'swachagrahi' on the IMIS of financial year SLWM 2022-23.

III. To make payment of salary to this petitioner, as he is already discharging duties on the aforesaid post since a pretty long time."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Supaul, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
