The limited prayer made in this writ petition is for disposal of Forest (Confiscation) Appeal No.64 of 2014 which remains pending before the appellate authority i.e. the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram arising from the order dated 25.1.2014 passed by the Authorised Officer -cum- Divisional Forest Officer, Rohtas Forest Division, Sasaram in Confiscation Case No.20 of 2013 arising from Forest Case No.01F of 2013. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the limited grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to consider and dispose of the Forest (Confiscation) Appeal No.64 of 2014 in accordance with
