Petitioner is an accused in connection with Dhanha P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State, on perusal of the first information report, submits that due to nonfulfillment of dowry, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is alleged to have killed the daughter of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13457 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 Moreover, the death has occurred after one and half years of her marriage. As such, the petitioner is not entitled to the privilege of regular bail.

Having considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Jagdish/- U T
