Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 25 of the N. D. P. S. Act.

Submission is that 50 Gms. of Ganja was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the recovered quantity is small quantity. Petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2017. Investigation is complete now.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

No.16444 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.34 of 2017, arising out of Araria (Madanpur) Police Station Case No.868 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
