Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.758 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 332, 186, 353, 505, 341, 151, 152, 295(A) and 153(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that a member of the religious community in violation of the order communicated under Section 144 formed a procession and tried to flare-up the communal violence by raising slogan against other community. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all. There were large number of people, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9486 of 2018(2) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 no injury was caused to anyone.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Bablu Raien @ Babalu Alam @ Babalu Raien is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S.
