The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.10.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that from the possession of the petitioner, a country made loaded pistol was recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation has already been concluded. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner is involved in three other cases.

Learned APP for the State submits that recovery has been made from the conscious physical possession of the

Considering the fact that investigation has already been concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-III-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur-Kamal P.S. Case No.335 of 2018.
